Allow 7 to 10 working days between your order and shipping, wherever you are: lead times are roughly the same for mainland France, the rest of Europe and the French overseas territories. That covers about a day of internal review on the artwork, then making the album. We email you a tracking link as soon as it ships.

More than 120 countries. All of Europe, North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, large parts of Asia, Africa and Oceania, plus French overseas territories. If your country shows up when you enter your shipping address, we deliver. Otherwise, write to contact@petit-pinceau.fr and we'll look into it case by case.

Any good-quality digital photo: portraits, family shots, holidays, pets. The sharper and better lit the photo, the more faithful the drawing will be. One exception: brand logos visible in a photo (on clothing, an object…) aren't reproduced in the illustration, to respect trademark rights. We replace them discreetly and the rest of the scene stays faithful to your photo.

Yes. Your photos are kept for a maximum of 15 days, only during processing (generation, printing, delivery), then automatically removed from our servers. They are never used for anything else.

Because every album is fully personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (French Consumer Code, article L221-28). As a goodwill gesture, you can still cancel your order and get a full refund within 30 minutes of payment, from your order tracking page, as long as we haven't started creating the album. After that, or if anything is wrong with the album, email us at contact@petit-pinceau.fr: we reprint and ship a replacement at our expense.

You can start with the digital version: the same personalised book delivered as a PDF, ready to download right away, from €6.99. You see how your photos turn out without committing to the book, you keep the file, and you have 30 days to have it printed as a real bound book if you decide to, with the price of the PDF deducted. Any age. Adults love it as a keepsake and as a quiet coloring break. For children, from about 3 years old for first scribbles, up to 10 or 12 for more precise coloring.

Each photo becomes two pages in the album. On the left, a simplified colour version that doubles as a keepsake and as a reference. On the right, the same image as a clean black-and-white outline, ready to colour. We check every page before printing.

As soon as your album is generated, you have 24 hours to swap any photos you're not happy with (1 on the 6 format, 2 on the 12, 4 on the 24), and freely adjust the cover, the dedication and the page order. Before anything is printed, our team reviews every album: it only goes to print once you genuinely love it.

We print on uncoated 90 gsm paper that takes pencils, pastels, and water-based markers well. For alcohol markers (Sharpie-style), slip a sheet of paper between pages, otherwise the back of the page gets ruined.

Petit Pinceau is a French creation: the project, the team and the editorial review all sit in Paris. Printing and binding are handled by our print partner, who produces each album as close as possible to the delivery address. Orders delivered within France are printed in France in the vast majority of cases. We don't guarantee it order by order: during peak demand or maintenance, a book may be printed in another European workshop. The paper, binding and format stay identical wherever it's printed.
