How do we handle pupils' image rights?

Get written consent from each child's parents. Ideally, circulate a sheet at the start of the project. If you don't have consent for a child, leave them out.

What's the deadline for delivery before the school year ends?

Summer holidays usually start around 5 July. Order before 20 June for a comfortable delivery, and gather photos two weeks earlier.

Can we give the same album to several teachers?

Yes. Each order produces one album. If a teacher covers two year groups, she can get a single album mixing both classes, or one album per group.
